In DualShield, the authentication product (authenticator) that implements the on-demand password (SMS Passcode) authentication method is called T-Pass.

SMS Passcode

To use SMS to deliver on-demand passwords to users, set the following options in the T-Pass policy

In the Channels Used by the System section, set the Primary Delivery Channel to SMS

In the Channels Available to Users, tick SMS

Email Passcode

To use Email to deliver on-demand passwords to users, set the following options in the T-Pass policy

In the Channels Used by the System section, set the Primary Delivery Channel to SMTP

In the Channels Available to Users, tick SMTP
