Connection Authorization Policy defines the user groups who are authorized to connect to this RD gateway.

1. Right click "Connection Authorization Policies" - "Create New Policy". 
   
   
   
   
2. Select "Create only a RD CAP", and click "Next". 
   
   
   
   
3. Enter a name, e.g. "RD CAP" and click "Next". 
   
   
   
   
4. Select the "Password" option. 
   
   
   
   
5. Click "Add Group" to add user groups who are authorized to connect to this RD gateway, e.g. "Domain Users". 
   
   
   
   
6. Click "OK" to save, and click "Next". 
   
   
   
   
7. Select "Enable device redirection for all client devices", and click "Next". 
   
   
   
   
8. Configure Session Timeout, and click "Next". 
   
   
   
   
9. Click "Next", and "Finish" to set up the "RD Connection Authorization Policies".
