This chapter describes how to integrate SonicWall NSA appliance with the DualShield unified authentication platform in order to add two-factor authentication into the IPSec VPN and SSL VPN login process.
SonicWall NSA supports using an external RADIUS server as its authentication server, and the DualShield unified authentication platform includes a fully compliant RADIUS server – DualShield Radius Server. Therefore, the first step is to study how to implement a RADIUS MFA with DualShield.
